大专护生鼻科临床教学中导师制带教的实施

目的探索＂导师制＂带教引入专科生的专科护理临床教学的方法与效果。方法2008年6月—2009年4月对在鼻科实习的42名大专护生实施＂导师制＂带教。确定导师资质,科室为护生指定临床导师。导师在护生的专科临床实习中,全程履行监督、指导、培训职责,进行周测评分析,反馈实习效果。结果护生出科理论考核、专科操作考核成绩与上一届护生比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。导师对护生的专科理论、护理技术操作、实习计划完成评价好的分别为85.7%、92.6%、88.1%,分别较上一届提高了7、11、8个比百分点。结论对大专护生实施导师制带教,提高了教学质量和教学效果,提高护生临床综合能力,并达到教学相长。

Application of Tutorial System Teaching Model for College Nursing Students in Department of Rhinology
