| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一病因未明、致残性、全身性自身免疫性疾病。文章从中药提取物、中药复方对RA细胞凋亡的影响,RA基因表达谱差异、基因表达谱应用于RA证的研究及中药复方对RA基因表达谱影响等几方面研究进展加以综合和分析,旨在为RA的治疗及深化研究提供科学的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a systemic self-immune disease with unclear etiopathogenisis and high frequency of disability. Through synthesizing and analyzing research development of RA including the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on the gene expression profiles and apoptosis, the differential gene expression, application of gene expression profiles in RA research, this article intend to provide scientific theoretical basement for treatment and deep research of RA. |
