B超诊断胆道疾病漏误诊原因分析

目的 探讨B超检查对胆道疾病的漏误诊原因。方法 对我院293例胆道疾患进行术前B超与手术病理结果对照分析。结果 超声诊断总符合率为92．8％（272／293），漏误诊率为7．2％（21／293），漏误诊21例中肝外胆管结石占80．9％（17／21）。结论 明确B超检查的漏误诊原因，提高肝外胆管显示率对提高超声诊断符合率有重要意义。

Analysis of the cause of Misdiagnosis and Missed diagnosis in Biliary tract Disease with two-dimensional ultrasemd

Objective To detect the cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in biliary tract's disease.Methods The ultrasonic images of patients with Biliary tract disease were reviewed and analysed.The diagnosis was confirmed by operation and pathology. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 92.8% (272/293). In 21 cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, 17 cases of extrahepatic biliary stones were missed. Conclusions It is important to realize cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in ultrasound. Improvement in visualization of choledochus can enhance the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound.
