化学药物刺激兔延髓腹外侧对动脉血压的调制作用

摘    要:本试验用兔25只,采用颈前暴露延髓术,观察谷氨酸及甘氨酸刺激兔延髓腹外侧区对动脉血压的影响。结果表明:(1)药液滤纸贴附于双侧 S 区,L—谷氨酸引起血压明显上升,最大效应达基础血压的134.4±3.8%;甘氨酸引起动脉血压明显下降,最大效应达基础血压的72.2±4.0%,两者与对照组比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。(2)向兔延髓神经细胞群微量匀速注射此二种药物时,L—谷氨酸引起动脉血压明显上升,最大效应达基础血压的114.7±6.1%(P<0.05);甘氨酸引起血压明显下降,最大效应达基础血压的75.2±4.2%(P<0.01)。(3)将上述两种药液微量注射到兔延髓神经细胞群的尾部,L—谷氨酸则引起动脉血压下降(P<0.05),甘氨酸引起动脉血压上升(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Using the method of transthroat exposuring of ventrolateral medulla,the effects of glutamic acid and glycine on the blood pressure were observed in 25 rabbits.The resulls suggest that:(1)when the filter papar with glutamic acid solution attaches to the surface of both“S”areas,the blood pressure raises obviously with the most effect 134.4±3.0% of basal blood pressure;When these with glycine,the blood pressure decreases obviously with the most effect 72.2±4.0% of basal bleed pressure. Both groups have significant difference(p<0.001)compared with the control group. (2)when the uniform microinjection with glutamic acid administers to the both“S” areas,the blood pressure raises obviously with the most effect 114.7±6.1% of basal blood pressure (p<0.05).The uniform microinjection with glycine decreases the blood pressure with the most effect 75.2+4.2% of basal blood pressure (p<0.01).(3) when the uniform microinjection with glutamic acid administers to the cells of caudal ven- trolateral medulla,the blood pressure falls(p<0.05);when that of uniform microi- njection with glycine the blood Pressure raises obviously(p<0.01).
