| 摘 要： | 自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)及WKA大鼠脾淋巴细胞和胸腺细胞RNA,MLA—144T淋巴瘤细胞Poly(A)~+RNA置麦胚无细胞体外翻译系统中转译,用放免法在其产物中测得irAⅡ。并在MLA—144Poly(A)~+RNA转译产物中测得irAⅠ及肾素样活性。提示淋巴细胞含有转译血管紧张素样免疫活性物质的模板mRNA。在最佳转译浓度下SHR脾淋巴细胞及胸腺细胞RNA的irAⅡ转译率明显高于WKA大鼠.经ConA刺激的淋巴细胞RNA体外iraⅡ转译率有明显增加。

| Abstract: | irAII was translated by SHR and WKA rat spleen lymphocyte and thymocyte RNA in wheat germ free synthesizing system. The translation efficency of irAII at the most proper concentration of SHR immune cell RNA is higher than that of WKA rat immune cell RNA. the result also showed that irAII translation was increased in the rat spleen lymphocytes stimulated by concanavalin A (ConA). Furthermore, irAII, irAI and renin-like were translated by MLA-144 cell (T lymphosarcoma cell) poly (A) RNA in cell free translation system from wheat germ. The results proved that the immune cells of rats produce irAII in a constitutive or inducible fashion for the first time. |
