五苓胶囊对良性前列腺增生症术后膀胱逼尿肌收缩力影响的观察

目的观察五苓胶囊对良性前列腺增生症术后膀胱逼尿肌收缩力的影响。方法将200例膀胱逼尿肌收缩力减弱的良性前列腺增生症术后患者随机分为2组。治疗组口服五苓胶囊,同时辅助功能锻炼。对照组常规口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释片,同时辅助功能锻炼。观察患者治疗6个月后国际前列腺症状评分（I-PSS评分）、B超、尿流动力学的变化。结果治疗组膀胱收缩力明显增强,最大尿流率提高,残余尿量明显减少,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论五苓胶囊可增强良性前列腺增生症术后膀胱逼尿肌收缩力,并显著改善排尿障碍。

Effects of Wuling Capsule on contractility of bladder detrusor after surgery of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To observe the effects of Wuling Capsule on contractility of bladder detrusor after surgery of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Two hundred patients who had injured contractility of bladder detrusor after receiving surgery of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Wuling Capsule combined with functional training. The control group was treated with doxazosin mesylate extended-release tablets combined with functional training. The I-PSS score, B ultrasound and urodynamics change after 6-month treatment were observed. Results The contractility of bladder was significantly increased in the treatment group,the maximum urine rate was lifted and residual urine volume was obviously reduced. Compared with the control group,the differences had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Wuling Capsule could increase the contractility of bladder detrusor after surgery of benign prostatic hyperplasia, and significantly improve urination disorder.
