以关幼波益气活血化痰通络法治疗乙肝后肝硬化104例疗效观察

目的观察以关幼波益气活血化痰通络方治疗乙肝后肝硬化疗效。方法选取乙肝后肝硬化患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。2组均以常规护肝治疗为基础,观察组给予关幼波益气活血化痰通络方,对照组给予复方鳖甲软肝片,6个月为1个疗程。比较2组治疗前后证候积分、肝功能指标、血小板计数（PLT）、透明质酸（HA）、Ⅲ型前胶原肽（PCⅢ）、Ⅳ型胶原（IV-C）和层粘连蛋白（LN）、无创肝纤维模型S指数及肝纤维化指数（Fibro Index）值变化,综合评价疾病疗效。结果治疗后2组患者肝功能、PLT、肝纤维化四项、证候积分、S指数及Fibro Index值均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组组间除PLT外,其余各项差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血化痰通络方有助延缓肝纤维化进程,且有一定的保肝降酶作用。

Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo Formula by GUAN You-bo for 104 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Tongluo（ YHHT） Formula by GUAN You-bo on hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods One hundred and four patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,52 cases in each one. Two groups were treated with routine liver protection as the basis. The observation group was treated with YHHT Formula, while the control group was treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablets,6 month as 1 treatment course. The syndrome score,the index of liver function,blood platelet count（ PLT）,hyaluronic acid（ HA）,type III procollagen peptide（ PC III）,type IV collagen（ IV-C） and laminin（ LN）,and the change of a noninvasive liver fiber model S index and hepatic fibrosis index（ Fibro Index） before and after treatment in two groups were compared, and the efficacy was comprehensively evaluated. Methods After treatment,liver function,PLT,four items of liver fibrosis,symptom scores,S index and Fibro Index value were all significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）; Except the PLT,the remaining index had significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion YHHT Formula could delay the progress of liver fibrosis,and has a certain effect on protecting liver and reducing enzyme action.
