湿疹溻渍方外用对模型小鼠的抗炎、止痒作用的实验研究

目的探讨自拟中药汤剂湿疹溻渍方外用对湿疹模型小鼠的作用机制。方法将7%、1%的二硝基氯苯（DNCB）-丙酮溶液分别涂抹在小鼠右耳部及腹部、背部脱毛皮肤,制作小鼠亚急性接触性湿疹模型,采用中药煎剂湿疹溻渍方进行溻渍洗浴治疗,观察小鼠右耳肿胀程度,计算两耳重量差、厚度差,观察小鼠右耳部皮肤组织病理真皮炎症细胞数的改变,记录小鼠10 min内舔体反应次数。结果湿疹溻渍方低、高剂量组均可抑制DNCB引起的小鼠耳部肿胀所造成的重量改变,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;湿疹溻渍方低、高剂量组均可抑制4-氨基吡啶（4-AP）引起的小鼠舔体反应,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论湿疹溻渍方外用对小鼠湿疹模型有显著的治疗作用,其作用机制与抑制炎症反应和止痒有关。

Effect of Eczema Tazi formula for external use on the anti-inflammation and relieve itching in mice

Objective To explore the action mechanism of self-made TCM decoction＂Eczema Tazi formula＂for external use on mice model of eczema. Methods 7%,1% DNCB—acetone solution was applied in mice right ear,abdomen and back hair to establish the subacute contact eczema model of mice. The traditional Chinese medicine ＂Eczema Tazi formula ＂ was applied to perform bath treatment; the swelling degree of right ear was observed; the weight difference and thickness difference two ears were calculated;dermal inflammatory cell number of mice right ear was observed; 10-min licking response times was recorded. Results The low-dose and high-dose of ＂ Eczema Tazi formula＂ could both inhibit the weight change of right ear swelling caused by DNCB,which had significant differences from model group（ P〈0. 05,P〈 0. 01）. The low-dose and high-dose of ＂ Eczema Tazi formula＂ could both inhibit mice licking response induced by 4-aminopyridine,which had significant differences from model group（ P〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）.Conclusion＂Eczema Tazi formula＂for external use has significant therapeutic effect on mice model of eczema,which may be related with inhibiting inflammatory reaction and relieving itching.
