白细胞介素4、干扰素γ、肿瘤坏死因子α在溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中的表达及意义

目的：研究溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者结肠黏膜中白介素-4（IL-4）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的表达情况。方法：检测UC患者及正常对照者结肠黏膜培养上清液中IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-α的表达情况。结果：UC组结肠黏膜中IL-4的表达低于正常对照组（0.1591±0.1014）（P〈0.05），IFN-γ和TNF-α的表达高于正常对照组（分别为1．4481±1．1661、1．8349±1．6417）（P〈0.01）。结论：UC患者结肠黏膜中IL-4的表达较对照组降低，IFN-γ、TNF-α的表达较对照组升高。IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达的改变是UC发生发展过程中的重要因素。

Expression and Role of IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-αin Colonic Mucosa of Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Objective：To investigate the expression of IL-4,IFN-γ,TNF-α in colonic mucosa taken from ulcerative colitis patients （UC） and non-inflamed control patients in vitro, and study the relationship between the three cytokines. Methods：The expression of IL-4 ,IFN-γ, TNF-α in colonic mucosa were assayed in cuhure s upernatant of UC and normal controls, Results：The ratio of IL-4 in UC were less than those in control （0. 159±0. 101 4）（P〈0.05）,the ratio of IFN-γ and TNF-α in UC （1. 834 9 ±1. 641 7） were more than in normal controls （1. 448 1±1. 166 1,1. 834 9±1. 641 7）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The expression of IL-4 in UC is less than those in control,the expression of IFN-γ, TNF-α in colonic mucosa is higher in UC than those in normal controls. The alteration of the three cytokines levels in intestinal mucosa may play the important role in the development of UC.
