| 摘 要： | 目的 研究p53、p27和mdm2蛋白在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中的表达及其与GIST生物学行为的关系,为预测该肿瘤的侵袭潜能提供理论依据和可能的预测指标.方法 收集68例手术切除的GIST标本,应用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中p53、p27和mdm2蛋白的表达,并结合病理形态学及生物学行为评价进行统计学分析.结果 68例GIST中p53、p27和mdm2蛋白阳性表达率分别为75%、54.41%和27.94%.p53阳性表达率在极低度侵袭危险性(VLB)、低度侵袭危险性(LR)和高度侵袭危险性(HR)组三组间,细胞核分裂数≤10/50 HPF和10/50 HPF两组间的差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在肿瘤直径≤5 cm和5cm两组间差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);p27阳性表达率在VLR、LR和HR组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),在肿瘤直径≤5 cm和5 cm两组间差别有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);mdm2阳性表达率在细胞核分裂数≤10/50HPF和10/50HPF两组间比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 p53、p27和mdm2蛋白表达与GIST的发生、发展有关,检测p53、p27及mdm2表达可以作为GIST生物学行为评价的有效指标.
