摘    要:实验前24小时给去势成年雄性大鼠第三脑室注射纯化猪精液抑制素pUⅡ,结果证实抑制素在下丘脑水平有抑制GnRH释放的直接作用。pUⅡ注入第三脑室不仅阻止去势大鼠血清FSH水平的继续上升,而且也引起血清FSH含量进一步下降至注入前的水平以下。注入后3小时达到最大效应,并可持续6小时以上。此抑制效应在24小时内消失。随后,血清FSH含量与对照组一样,超过注入前水平。我们的资料提示了抑制素除了公认的直接作用于腺垂体外,还可作用于下丘脑,降低GnRH含量,选择性地抑制FSH的分泌。

Abstract:The paper reports the experimental studies designed to demonstrate the direct effect of inhibin at the hypothalamic level to inhibit CnRH released by injecting purified porcine inhibin pUⅡ into the third ventricle of adult male rats castrated 24 hours before the experiment. It is shown that the injection not only can prevent the progressive increase in serum FSH level, but also can cause a further lowering of the serum FSH content to below the preinjection level,with a maximum effect 3 hours after injection. Our data illustrate that in addition to the direct action of inhibin on the adenohypophysis as widely accepted, it may also act on the hypothalamus to decrease its CnRH, resulting in a selective inhibition of FSH secretion
