摘    要:目的:研究炮制对黄精挥发性成分的影响.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏-气质联用法(SD-GC-MS)和吹扫捕集-热脱附气质联用法(P&T-TD-CC-MS)分别对黄精炮制前后的挥发性成分进行分析.结果:SD-GC-MS鉴定出黄精挥发性成分51种,P&T-TD-GC-MS鉴定出11种化合物.炮制后黄精挥发性成分在含量和组成上均明显降低.结论:本研究从黄精炮制前后挥发性成分变化的角度,为进一步探讨黄精炮制的减毒机制提供了科学依据.
