| 摘 要： | [目的]观察胃炎灵治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)中医辨证属脾虚肝郁血瘀证患者的疗效。[方法]选择确诊为(慢性萎缩性胃炎)、中医辨证属脾虚肝郁血瘀证患者50例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例予胃炎灵治疗,对照组20例予胃复春治疗,12周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。[结果]治疗组的临床、胃镜和病理疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃炎灵对CAG有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the effect of Weiyanling on CAG.[Method]Select 50 cases of CAG of spleen deficiency,depressed liver and blood stasis,randomly divide them into 2 groups,the treatment group 30 cases took Weiyanling,the control 20 Weifuchun,taking 12 weeks as a course,for 2 course for both.[Result]The clinical,stomach microscope and pathological curative effects in treatment group all were better than control one(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Weiyanling has good cure effect on CAG. |
