颈静脉孔区肿瘤的CT和MRI诊断

目的探讨CT和MRI对颈静脉孔区肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析29例颈静脉孔区肿瘤的CT和MRI表现，包括经病理证实的副神经节瘤11例，神经鞘瘤6例，脑膜瘤4例，中耳癌2例，脊索瘤I例，骨巨细胞瘤1例。神经纤维瘤4例为临床及影像综合诊断。结果侵蚀性骨质破坏及“盐和胡椒”征是颈静脉球瘤的特征性表现，神经鞘瘤表现为压迫性骨质改变、多发囊变并中度不均匀强化；脑膜瘤表现为“渗透硬化”性骨质改变、等信号伴硬膜尾征；中耳癌为虫蚀状骨破坏伴中耳乳突肿块；多发钙化或残留碎骨片、信号混杂是脊索瘤特征性表现；骨巨细胞瘤呈膨胀性骨质破坏，可见蛋壳样边缘及内部残存骨嵴，MRI呈等信号。结论合理选择影像学检查方法、准确认识特征性影像学征象有助于该区肿瘤的诊断和坚别诊断。

CT and MRI Imaging in the Diagnosis of Tumors in Jugular Foramen Area

Objective To study the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tumors in jugular foramen area (JFA). Methods CT and MRI study of 29 patients with tumors of JFA were reviewedretropectively.
