吡喃阿霉素米托蒽醌治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤

目的 观察以吡喃阿霉素为主的CTOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效，并与以米托蒽醌为主的CMOP方案进行比较。方法 THP方案组治疗NHL26例，21d一个周期；MIT方案组治疗NHL25例，21d一个周期。结果 初发患者以THP为主方案治疗后有效率为81．81％，复发或难治患者的有效率为53．33％；MIT方案组治疗初发患者的有效率为75．00％，复发或难治患者的有效率为33．33％。THP及MIT治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效无差异（P〉0．05）。结论 THP是治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的高效低毒的化疗药物。

Pirarubicin-COP and Mitoxantrone- COP in Treatment of Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Objective To compare the efficiency of Pirarubicin vs Mitoxantrone in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods 26 patients with NHL were treated with CTOP regimen (THP group) which was CTX 750mg/m~2 iv ,d1;VCR 2mg iv,d1,8;THP 30mg/m~2 iv,d1;PDN 100mg/m~2 po,d1-5,every 21 days a cycle. 25 patients received CMOP regimen(MIT group) which was CTX 750mg/m~2 iv,d1;VCR 2mg iv, d1,8;MIT 8mg/m~2 ivgtt,d1;PDN 100mg/m~2 po ,d 1-5 , 21 days a cycle.Results The total response rate (CR PR) was 81.81% in primary patients and 53.33% in refractory patients of THP group, while it was 75.00% and 33.33% in MIT group, respectively. The curative effect of THP was similar to that of MIT.The main side-effects were digestive tract discomfort and myelosuppression , there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).The incidence of cardiac toxicity in THP group was lower than that in MIT group (P<0.05).Conclusion THP is an effective drug in the treatment of NHL.
