| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸捻转进针浅刺治疗法的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组30例用针灸捻转进针浅刺法治疗，对照组30例用常规针刺法治疗，方法同治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率为90．0％，对照组总有效率为66．7％；中医证候疗效结果显示，治疗组总有效率为86．0％，对照组总有效率为66．7％。两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针灸捻转进针浅刺法治疗急性缺血性中风偏瘫疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of twisting shallow needling method. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group of 30 cases received a twisting shallow needling method and the control group of 30 cases, conventional acupuncture. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group.
