口虾蛄提取物对人鼻咽癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响

目的探讨口虾蛄提取物(EOS)对人鼻咽癌细胞系(CNE-2Z)裸鼠移植瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立CNE-2Z裸鼠移植瘤模型,腹腔给药,然后观察不同剂量EOS对CNE-2Z裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。结果对照组及400mg/kgEOS组裸鼠移植瘤成瘤率均为100%(8/8),而800mg/kg、1600mg/kgEOS组成瘤率分别为87.5%(7/8)及62.5%(5/8),成瘤率有随EOS剂量增高而下降的趋势;同时随EOS剂量的增高,裸鼠移植瘤生长速度减慢,平均瘤质量也有降低的趋势,其中800mg/kgEOS组抑瘤率达57.1%。结论EOS对CNE-2Z裸鼠移植瘤的生长可能具有一定的抑制作用。

Influence of the extract of oratosquilla on the growth of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line implanted tumor in nude mice

Objective It is to discuss the inhibitory effect of the extract of oratosquilla (EOS) on the growth of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE-2Z) implanted tumor in nude mice. Methods The models of CNE-2Z implanted tumor in nude mice were made and given drugs by abdominal cavity injection. Then the influences of different dosage of EOS on the growth of CNE-2Z implanted tumor were observed. Results The formation rates of CNE-2Z cells implanted tumor in nude mice in control group and the group of EOS (400 mg/kg) were both 100%, but the rates in the groups of EOS (800 mg/kg?1 600 mg/kg) were 87.5% and 62.5% respectively. When EOS dosage increasing, the tumor formation rate lowered, the implanted tumors in EOS groups grew slowly, and the average weight of the implanted tumor also had a decreasing trend. Especially the inhibitory rate of the implanted tumor reached 57.1% in the group of EOS (800 mg/kg). Conclusion EOS may have definite inhibition function on the growth of CNE-2Z cells implanted tumor in nude mice.
