脾切除法建立裸小鼠人结肠癌肝转移模型

为建立大肠癌根治术后肝转移动物模型，在裸小鼠脾内注入人结肠癌细胞，５ｍ ｉｎ 后切除脾脏。术后第３０ 天发现肝转移率为１００％ ，肝外其它脏器未见转移结节，组织学证实肝转移结节为低分化腺癌。结果表明本法可成功地建立裸小鼠人结肠癌肝转移模型

Nude Mice Model of Human Colon Cancer Liver Metastasis with Splenectomy

To establish an animal model imitating clinical sign of liver metastasis after eradicative resection of colorectal cancer, the human colon cancer cells were inoculated into the spleen of BALB/c nude mice, then the spleens were resected 5 minutes later. On the 30th day of postoperation, we found that the incidence of liver metastases was 100%, however no metastatic noudle was observed in extrahepatic organs. Histological examination showed that the metastases were poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma. The results indicated that the experimental method used to establish the model was successful.
