健康教育对抑郁症患者心理改善状况的临床价值探讨

目的探讨健康教育对抑郁症患者心理改善状况质量的影响。方法 68例抑郁症患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理和药物治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性的健康教育。于治疗前及治疗4、8周末分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对实验组和对照组各进行1次疗效评定。结果评分结果显示试验组心理状况方面明显优于对照组。结论健康教育是抑郁症患者的治疗、护理中一个不可或缺的重要环节,对患者心理状况的改善起着至关重要的作用。

The Discussion of the Health Education to Improve the Clinical Value of the Mental Depression

Objective To discuss the status of quality improvement of the mental depression with health education. Methods 68 patients with depression were randomly divided into experimental and control group, The control group was given the drug treatment and routine care. Besides these treatments, the experimental group was given the targeted health education. Results The Score of the HAMD showed that psychological status of the experimental group is much better than the control group. Conclusion Health education is an important part in the treatment and nursing of the patients with depression, which plays a vital role in improving the Psychological status of the patients with depression.
