| 摘 要： | 目的:了解天津市某社区老年人的生活质量现状。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,对654名60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查。结果:慢性病患病率为72.1%,有慢性病的老年人生活质量测评评分低于无慢性病者;同一老年人患慢性病种类越多,其生活质量评分越低;有规律的参加体育锻炼的老年人生活质量测评得分高于无规律和不锻炼者。结论:积极开展慢性病的防治工作对于提高老年人生活质量有着极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To know actual of quality of life of the elderly people in Tianjin community.Methods: With the medthods of stratified clustered sampling,the 654 elderly people were in vestigated with questionnaire.Results: Total prevalence of chronic disease is 72.1%.Evaluation marks of quality of life of the elderly people suffering from chronic disease were lower than that of the healthy elderly people.The more the kinds of chronic disease were,the lower the evaluation marks were.The result showed that the marks of well-regulated-exercised elderly were higher than the ruleless elderly.Conclusion: Developing prevention and cure of chronic disease is of important to improve the quality of life of elderly people. |
