| 摘 要： | 文章分析了德国眼科教育体系，结合我国眼科人力资源的现状，针对我国眼科教育体系的不足之处提出了相应的对策，包括要加强毕业后教育的管理；充分发挥行业组织（协会）的作用；充分利用各种防盲培训项目，不断提高我国眼科医师的技术水平。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the German ophathalmology education system.Meanwhile,combining with the current situation of ophthalmological manpower resources and in view of the existing weak points of the ophthalmology education system in our country,the authors have put forward some corresponding countermeasures,including streng thening the postgraduate education,fully exerting the role of trade organization(association),making use of various kinds of defending blindness training projects,so as to improve the technical level of the eye doctors constantly in our country. |
