摘    要:目的 评价Percoll密度梯度法和上游法两种精子分离方法对精子运动参数和活率影响。方法 应用计算机精液分析仪进行精子运动参数分析 ,伊红 Y染色分析精子活率。结果 Percoll和上游两种方法优选后精子运动能力和活率均明显高于优选前 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 Percoll和上游法优选后精子运动能力和活率增加。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of semen selection technique method on motility parameters and viability of human spermatozoa. Methods The sperm motility parameters were analyzed by computer assisted semen analyzer(CASA). Sperm viability was analyzed by eosin Y staining. Results Post semen selection sperm motility and viability were significantly higher than those before( P <0 001, P <0 05), whereas there were no statistics differences( P >0 05) in sperm motility between Percoll selection and swimming selection. Conclusion semen selection technique increase sperm motility and viability.
