周围型肺癌CT征象与INOS和MMP-9表达相关性研究

目的：研究周围型肺癌CT征象与诱导型一氧化氮合酶（inducible nitric oxide synthase,INOS）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（matrixmetalloproteinase 9,MMP-9）表达的关系。方法：运用SP免疫组化法对46例经病理证实的周围型肺癌进行INOS和MMP-9表达的检测,分析其与术前CT征象的关系。结果：INOS和MMP-9表达与瘤体大小、深分叶征、棘状突起、纵隔淋巴结转移、血管集束征有关,与毛刺征、空泡征无关。结论：周围型肺癌CT征象中,瘤体直径大于3 cm、深分叶征、棘状突起、纵隔淋巴结转移、血管集束征提示肿瘤的恶性度高。

Correlation between CT signs and the expression of INOS and MMP-9 in peripheral lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the correlation between CT signs and the expression of INOS and MMP-9 in peripheral lung cancer. Methods:The expression of iNOS and MMP-9 was examined using SP immunohistochemical technique in 46 cases of peripheral lung cancer proved pathologically.The relationship between the results and preoperative CT signs was analyzed.Results: The expression of INOS and MMP-9 was related to the tumor size,deep lobulation,spinous protuberance,metastasis of mediastional lymph node and vessel convergence sign.but not to spiculation sign and vacuole sign.Conclusions: The CT signs of peripheral lung cancer with diameter more than 3cm,deep lobulation,spinous protuberance,metastasis of mediastional lymph node and vessel convergence sign indicate higher degree of malignancy.
