某高校师范类大学生心理健康状况调查分析

目的为了解师范类大学生的心理健康状况,并提出适宜干预措施。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对延安大学720名师范类大学生进行问卷调查。结果师范类大学生SCL-90分量表的八项因子平均分高于全国青年组常模。各因子分≥3的检出率在1.26%～7.25%之间,合计为27.62%,在不同年级间,有七项因子分≥3的检出率存在差异。新生各因子平均得分均低于老生,与常模比较,老生心理问题严重。心理健康状况多因素分析发现,对于老生,就业前景被引进模型;而新生,就业前景,学习压力,被引进模型。结论师范类大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,开展大学生心理卫生知识讲座,推行心理健康教育,开展心理咨询和治疗工作,以提高师范类大学生心里健康水平。

Analysis of Survey of the Mental Heath among Normal Students in a University

Objective To investigate mental health status of normal college students and introduce some suitable interventions.Methods The survey was carried out among 720 students with SCL-90.Results In this investigation,the average scores of normal college students＇ eight factors were all higher than Chinese young norm.Detection rates of factor score≥3 was between 1.26% and 7.25%,total was 27.62%,and seven detection rates of factor score≥3 were difference in freshmen and old students.Average scores of all factors of freshmen were lower than old student＇s,to compare Chinese young norm,question of mental health was serious.Multivariater analysis of mental health status discovered：regarding old students,the employment prospect were introduced the model;but freshmen,the employment prospect and the study pressure were introduced the model.Conclusion Mental health status of normal college students wasn＇t optimistic,to carry out mental hygiene knowledge course,mental health education,psychological consult and treatment,raising mental health level.
