含锶磷酸钙骨水泥生物相容性评价

摘    要:目的:评价新型含锶磷酸钙骨水泥的生物相容性和安全性,从而为其在骨缺损修复领域中的临床运用提供依据。方法:分别进行急性毒性试验、热原试验、溶血试验、短期肌肉植入试验、骨内植入试验等生物相容性试验。结果:这种含锶磷酸钙骨水泥材料无毒,无热原性,植入兔肌肉和骨内后逐渐发生降解。结论:含锶磷酸钙骨水泥材料具有良好的生物相容性。

Abstract:AIM: To study the biocompatibility and safety of strontium containing calcium phosphate cement for the clinical use in the bone reconstruction. METHODS: The biocompatibility was evaluated through the experiments including acute systemic toxicity test,pyrogen test,and short-term muscle and bone implant test. RESULTS: All results indicated that the material had no toxicity,no irritation, and did not contain the pyrogen material. In muscle and bone implant test the material was degradated gradually. CONCLUSION: The strontium containing calcium phosphate cement possesses excellent biocompatibility.
