浙江省1995～2002年医疗卫生机构AIDS检验专业培训情况分析

目的 分析浙江省1995～2002年省、市、县(区、市、下同)三级医疗卫生机构业务人员的艾滋病(AIDS)检验专业培训情况，为制订今后专业培训计划提供依据。方法 对浙江省疾病预防控制中心1995～2002年举办的10期AIDS检验专业培训班档案资料回顾总结，使用Excel统计分析。结果 458名检验人员接受培训，其中医疗单位158名，卫生防疫(疾病控制，下同)系统128名，采供血系统130名，妇幼保健系统等42名。平均每单位不到1名。省级医疗卫生机构培训覆盖率为82．35％，市级68．09％，县级39．14％，总覆盖率45．96％。采供血机构覆盖率为100％，卫生防疫系统为75％，医疗单位为52．42％，妇幼保健系统仅为14％，尤其是县级妇幼保健所仅为5．68％。每个市市级培训覆盖率都要高于县级医疗卫生机构。全省各市的培训覆盖分布也有很大的区别，个别县、市尚存在AIDS专业培训空白区。结论 现有．AIDS专业培训不能满足目前检测工作的需要，要求继续多办AIDS专业培训班，同时应加强薄弱地区、某些系统的AIDS检验专业培训工作。

Analysis of professional training for AIDS testing in medical institutions in Zhejiang from 1995 to 2002

Objective To analyze the profile data concerning professional training for AIDS in medical institutions and to provide evidence for future training programs Method The data collected from ten training courses for AIDS testing sponsored by the provinvial CDC from 1995 to 2002 were analysed. Result 458 technicians within the province were trained,among whom 158 came from hospitals,128 from local CDCs and 130 from blood banks and 42 from MCH institutions The training coverage at the provincial,municipal and county level was 82 35%,68 09% and 39 14%,respectively The average coverage in the whole province was 45 96% The blood banks were 100% covered,and coverage in CDCs and hospitals was 75%,and 52 42% respectively The coverage in MCH institutions was 14%,and only 5 68% at the county level The training coverage rate was higher at the municipal level than at the county level and there was significant difference in geographic distribution. In a few counties no training was provided in medical institutions Conclusion There was an urgent need in Zhejiang to promote professional training for AIDS testing,especially in medical institutions such, as MCH institutions and some disadvantaged counties
