脑白质疏松症患者事件相关电位P300的研究

目的：探讨脑白质疏松症（LA）患者事件相关电位P300成分的特征及与认知障碍的关系。方法：对94例LA患者（其中轻度LA31例，中度LA33例，重度LA30例）和32例正常对照组进行P300检测和简易精神状况检查量表（MMSE）检查。结果：LA患者较对照组MMSE分值降低（P〈0．01），P300潜伏期延长（P〈0．01），P300波幅降低（P〈0．05）。轻、中、重度LA患者组间比较MMSE分值降低有差异，P300潜伏期延长有差异（P〈0．01），但波幅降低有差异仅见于轻、重度LA患者组之间（P〈0．01）。LA组P300潜伏期与MMSE分值间呈负相关（Pz：r=-0．4083，f=4．58，P〈0．01；Cz：r=0．4177．t=4．64，P〈0．01），P300波幅与MMSE分值间未发现有相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：P300潜伏期可客观评价LA患者的认知功能。

Study on event-related potential P300 in patients with leukoaraiosis

Obieetive：To explore the characteristics of event related potential P300 and the correlation of cognitive disorder with it in patients with leukoaraiosis（LA）. Methods： The 94 patients with LA （31 cases of light-degrees LA, 33 cases of middle degrees LA, 30 cases of serious-degrees LA）and 32 ca ses of controls were examined with P300 and MMSE. Results： Compared with controls, MMSE seales（P〈0.01 ） and amplitude of P300（P〈0.01 ） in patients with LA were both lower, while P300 latency were lengthened（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Compared with light-degrees LA, P300 latency were lengthened （ P〈 0. 01 ）, MMSE scales were lower（P〈0.01 ） in middle-degrees LA and serious-degrees LA, but amplitude of P300 was lower in serious degrees LA. The correlation between latency of P300 and MMSE scales were negtive（Pz：r=0. 4083, t =1. 58, P〈0.01;Cz：r=-0.4177,t=4. 64, P〈0.01）in patients with LA. There were no statistically significant correlation between wave amplitude of P300 and MMSE scales. Conclusion： P300 latency can reflect objeetively the cerebral cognitive function combined with symptom of patients with I.A.
