2007~2010年临床分离大肠埃希菌药物敏感性分析

摘    要:目的了解临床分离大肠埃希菌对抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法采用微量稀释法测定1 163株临床分离大肠埃希菌的药物敏感性,测定MIC值。结果 1 163株大肠埃希菌,分离自尿液402株(占34.57%),血液228株(占19.60%),痰液197株(占16.94%)。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的敏感率分别为98.6%、90.9%和95.3%,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢西丁、头孢他啶、替卡西林/克拉维酸的敏感率为70%~90%;对氨曲南的敏感率为54.4%,对其他抗菌药物的敏感率在50%以下。结论大肠埃希菌对不同的抗菌药物的敏感性差异较大,治疗时应根据耐药特点及菌种间的耐药性差异选择相应的药物和方案。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Escherichia coli isolated from clinical,and to provide reference for clinical therapy.Methods The susceptibility(MIC) of 1 163 Escherichia coli strains from clinical by broth microdilution test.Results 1163 strains Escherichia coli,402 strains isolated from urine(Accounted for 34.57%),228 strains isolated from blood(Accounted for 19.60%),197 strains isolated from sputum(Accounted for 16.94%).The sensitive rate of ECL to Imipenem,amikacin and Piperacillin/ Tazobactam were about 96.8%,90.9% and 95.3%.The sensitive rate of amoxicillin/ Clavulanate,cefoxitin,ceftazidime,Ticarcilin/ Clavulanate were about 70%-90%,the sensitive rate of Azactam was about 54.4%,and the sensitive rate of others was down 50%.Conclusion The drug susceptibility of E.coli which causes systemic and wound infection is different.The available therapy project should be selected based on the resistance character.
