补肾活血方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征33例临床观察

目的 观察补肾活血方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效.方法 将66例PCOS患者随机分为2组,对照组33例予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上应用补肾活血方治疗.2组治疗3个月,比较疗效,监测2组治疗前后血清性激素,观察2组妊娠和月经周期恢复情况.结果 治疗组总有效率84.85%,对照组总有效率69.70%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组.治疗组治疗后卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）水平均较本组治疗前升高（P＜0.05）,游离睾酮、黄体生成激素（LH）、LH/FSH及血清胰岛素水平均降低（P＜0.05）;对照组治疗后E2水平较本组治疗前升高（P＜0.05）,游离睾酮、LH、LH/FSH及血清胰岛素水平均降低（P＜0.05）.2组治疗后血清性激素水平比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组妊娠率高于对照组（P＜0.01）.治疗组月经周期恢复率高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 补肾活血方改善PCOS患者内分泌功能安全有效.

Observation of Bushenhuoxuefang soup combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushenhuoxuefang soup combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets on the treatment Of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 66 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups ,33 cases in each group. 33 cases in control group were treated by ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets. 33 cases in the treatment group were treated by Bushenhuoxuefang soup on the basis of control group treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 84.85% and that of control group was 69.70%. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of FSH and E2 after treatment were increased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The levels of free testosterone, LH, LH/FSH and serum insulin were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. E2 level after treatment was increased in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the levels of free testosterone, LH, LH/FSH and serum insulin were decreased after treatment in control group（P 〈 0, 05 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on gonadal hormone concentrations （P 〈 0.05）. Pregnancy rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Menstrual cycle recovery rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bushenhuoxuefang soup can improve the endocrine function of polycystic ovary syndrome patients, it is safe and effective.
