摘    要:目的:采用离体心脏模型建立附子生物检定方法,优化实验条件。方法:通过比较不同实验条件下附子对心脏的作用,筛选检测指标,优化实验条件,从而建立附子生物检定的检测体系。结果:检测体系条件为:采用Langendorff离体心脏灌注装置,K-H液灌注,采用恒温、恒压、恒量的方法给药,以心率为判定指标。结论:所优化建立的实验体系符合附子生物检定的要求。本法有可能成为现行附子质量控制方法的一种补充。

The Exploratory Study of Bioassay Method on Aconite Quality

Abstract:Objective: Using the isolated heart model to establish Aconite bioassay method,Optimizing the experimental conditions. Methods: Comparing the aconite' s role of the heart with the different experimental conditions,Screening test indicators,Optimizing the experimental conditions,So as to establish the aconite bioassay detection system. Results: Inspection system conditions: Using Langendorff isolated heart perfusion device,K-H liquid perfusion,the use of constant temperature and pressure,a constant amount of administration,heart rate decision index. Conclusion: The optimization of the experimental system establishes to comply with the requirements of aconite bioassay. Law may become a complement of the existing the aconite quality control methods.
