针刺推拿整复配合天麻素穴位注射治疗颈源性失眠临床观察

目的：观察针刺推拿整复配合天麻素穴位注射治疗颈源性失眠近期疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组（针刺＋推拿整复＋天麻素穴位注射）和对照组（针刺＋天麻素穴位注射）各80例,观察和比较两组患者颈源性失眠的近期症状改善情况和睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）改善情况。结果：治疗组近期临床显效率87.5%,明显优于对照组的63.8%,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。自评量表SRSS,治疗组和对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺推拿整复配合天麻素穴位注射治疗颈源性失眠有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Massage Restitution Combined with Gastrodin Acupoint Injection on Treating Cervical Insomnia

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage restitution combined with gastrodin acupoint injection on treating cervical insomnia. Methods： 160 cases were randomly assigned to 2 groups,a treatment group treated with acupuncture and massage restitution plus gastrodin acupoint injection（. 80）,and a controlled group with acupuncture and gastrodin acupoint injection（ 80）. Improvement of cervical insomnia symptoms and sleep condition checklist（ SRSS） in the patients were observed and compared. Results： The short-term clinical cured markedly effective rate was 87. 5% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than 63. 8% of the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. The treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group on checklist SRSS（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage restitution combined with gastrodin acupoint injection has good therapeutic effect in treating cervical insonmnia.
