针灸结含超短波反PNF技术治疗周围性面神终麻痹的临床疗效观察

目的：寻找非药物治疗周围性面神经麻痹的最佳方法，提高临床疗效。方法：采用针灸、超短波、PNF技术治疗周围性面神经麻痹180例，并同针灸药物治疗的120例进行比较。结果：针灸、超短波、PNF技术综合疗法效果明显优于针灸药物疗法，且针灸药物治疗组疗程长、部分药物副反应大。结论：采用针灸、超短波、PNF技术等综合治疗，具有方法简便、疗效显著、疗程短、患者无痛苦及易接受等特点，并避免了药物的副作用。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Ultrashort Wave and PNF Technique to Treat Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective： To search for the best method of non-drug treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and to improve clinical curative effect. Methods： 180 cases were treated by aeupuncture and moxibustion, ultrashort wave, PNF technique, and 120 cases were treated by acu-moxibustion and drug, curative effects were compared. Results： Acupuncture, ultrashort wave, effect of PNF technology comprehensive therapy was better than acupuncture therapy, acupuncture treatment group hacl negative aspects of long course of treatment and drug side effects. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, ultrashort wave, PNF technology have the advantages of simple method, obvious curative effect, short course of treatment, patients are pain free and easy to accept, and ean avoid the side effects of drugs.
