新斯的明穴位注射治疗肛门直肠术后尿潴留25例体会

目的：观察新斯的明穴位注射治疗肛门术后尿潴留的疗效。方法：用新斯的明作三阴交穴位注射并做提插使患者产生酸、麻、胀、重之针感效应，从而达到治疗尿潴留的目的。结果：显效20例，有效4例，无效l例。结论：穴位注射新斯的明治疗肛门直肠术后尿潴留，方法简单、疗效肯定、实用，患者易接受，只要使用得当，完全可达到免除患者导尿痛苦之目的，值得推广使用。

Experiences of Neostimine Point Injection on Treating 25 Cases of Urinary Retention of Anorectal Postoperative

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of neostigmine point injection in the treatment of urinary retention of anorectal postoperative. Methods： Sanyinjiao Acupoint was injected with neostigmine and do mention skewer to produce acid, hemp, swelling and heavy needling sensation effect, so as to achieve the purpose of treating urinary retention. Results ： 20 cases of pa tients were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective and 1 casewas invalid. Conclusion： Urinary retention of anorectal postop erative can be treated with point injection of neostigmine, the method was simple, effective and practical. Moreover, the pa tients were easy to accept. If it is used properly, the pain of catheterization is fully achieved exemption and it must be intro duced.
