中医火灸塌渍法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的护理

目的：总结中医火灸塌渍法治疗肌筋膜痛症的护理经验。方法：分析252例应用火灸塌渍法治疗的肌筋膜痛症患者的护理方法和效果。结果：本组患者均未出现烧烫伤、虚脱、晕厥等意外。痊愈31例,显效122例,有效78例,无效21例,总有效率91.66%;轻度皮肤过敏3例。结论：中医火灸塌渍治疗对于肌筋膜痛症是有效的,值得借鉴和推广。

Nursing of Fire Moxibustion and Hydropathic Compress on Treating Myofascial Pain Syndrome

Objective： To summarize nursing experience of fire moxibustion and hydropathic compress on treatment of myofascial pain syndrome. Methods： Nursing methods and effects of 252 cases with MPS who were treated by fire moxibustion and hydropathic compress were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There didn＇ t come up any accident such as burn,prostration and syncope in all the 252 cases. 31 cases of the patients had gotten a remarkable recovery,122 of them had gotten significant effects,78 of them had gotten good results and 21 of them hadn＇ t gotten any effect. The total effective rate was 91. 66%. Among all the cases,mildly skin allergies appeared in 3 cases after the therapy. Conclusion： Fire moxibustion and wet compress for treatment of myofascial pain syndrome is effective. The therapeutic method is worth popularizing in the clinic.
