1000例高血压患者四季证型分布特点初探

目的：探讨四季原发性高血压（essentialhypertension，EH）患者中医证型分布特点，为中医因时制宜理论提供佐证。方法：调查人员采用问卷形式，根据《症状体征分级量化表》及兼证中的症状，详细检查、询问并记录，根据患者入组的时间，将其分入春夏秋冬四组，进行证型的比较研究。采用卡方检验对相关数据进行统计分析。结果：①不同季节的EH患者，其证型的构成比具有一定统计学差别（P〈0．05）。②证型分布：春季痰湿壅盛证型的患者最多（P〈0．05），夏季阴虚阳亢证型的患者最多（P〈0．05）。③春季夹痰患者多于冬季（P〈0．05）。四季夹瘀患者出现率无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：①不同季节高血压证型分布有所不同。②高血压患者痰湿兼证在不同的季节所占的比例不同。

Distributional Characteristics of TCM Patterns in Four Seasons of 1000 Cases of Hypertension Patients

Objective ： To study the distributional characteristics of TCM patterns in four seasons of hypertension patients to support the theory of climate concerned therapy of TCM, which could provide references for the herb election during the four sea- sons. Methods： The patients were divided into four groups, spring, summer, auttum, winter, by the time they finished the examination. BP, height and weight were measured synchronously. Medical history and TCM syndromes were required in details. TCM syndromes were differentiated by these details. And then we analyzed the data. Results： 1. It showed that there were difference of constituent ratio of the hypertension patients TCM patterns among the four groups statistically （P 〈 0. 05）. 2. Distribution of TCM patterns： Phlegm-dampness type appears more in spring （P 〈 0. 05）. Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity type appears more in summer （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Clip phlegm appears more in spring than in winter （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The occurrence rate of clip stasis in each season was almost the same （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： 1. The patterns and symptoms of hypertension pa- tients cae be changed by seasons. 2. The occurrence rate of clip phlegm has changed in different seasons.
