中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病50例临床观察

目的 观察中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将100例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为2组.治疗组50例采用中药内服、中药熏蒸加牵引治疗,对照组50例采用西药内服、理疗加牵引治疗.2组均15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后疼痛评分.结果 治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率80%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后疼痛评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,2组治疗后均升高;2组治疗后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组高于对照组.结论 中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切.

Observation of combined treatment in Chinese medicine on nerve root type cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined treatment in Chinese medicine on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 100 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group, which was treated by oral medicinal herbs, Chinese medicine fumigation plus traction therapy and the control group of 50 cases, which was treated with oral western medicine, physiotherapy and traction therapy. The course was 15 days in two groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses, and pain score was observed. Re- suits The total effective rate was 96% in treatment group and 80% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of control group. There was significant difference between before and after treatment on pain score in two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on pain score after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined treatment in Chinese medicine has definite effect on nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
