| 摘 要： | 五更泻乃临床常见病证，临证若仅从补肾入手，未必皆效。本文结合历代文献及临床案例分析，探讨蒋健教授临证治疗五更泻不拘于温肾补肾的学术经验，并提出病证结合的治疗观点，以进一步发挥中医药治疗本病的优势。

| Abstract: | Long-term clinical practice shows that Dawn Diarrhea can not be well treated only from the aspect of kidney. By analyzing ancient literatures and proven cases, this article explores Professor JIANG＇s thoughts and experiences in treating Dawn Diarrhea. Furthermore, this article introduces the therapeutic principal of disease and syndrome, which will help to improve clinical efficacy and better exert the advantages of TCM. |
