自拟青黛三百汤治疗慢性咳嗽84例临床分析

目的：探讨中医治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：随机选取我科门诊2010~2012年间的咳嗽84例患者作为观察组,同时随机选取84例咳嗽患者作为对照组,观察组采用自拟青黛三百汤口服,对照组采用口服甘草合剂加酮替芬/抗生素治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的76.2%,仅4例（4.8%）患者治疗无效,组间治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟青黛三百汤口服治疗慢性咳嗽临床疗效好,且安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of Qingdai Sanbai Decoction on Treating 84 Cases of Chronic Cough

Objective： Investigating the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cough. Methods： Randomly selecting 84 cases of outpatients with cough as a observation group from 2010 to 2012 treated with Qingdai Sanbai Dcoction orally. Then randomly selected 84 cases of cough patients were treated with liquorice plus ketone ketotifen / antibiotic treatment as a controlled group,comparatively analyzing the curative effect of th two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 2%,significantly higher than those in the controlled group that was 76. 2%,only 4 cases（ 4. 8%） patients with ineffective,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Orally medicated with Qingdai Sanbai Dcoction in the treatment of chronic cough has good clinical efficacy and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical use.
