小儿咳喘宁颗粒的提取工艺及急性毒性研究

摘    要:目的:优选小儿咳喘宁颗粒的提取工艺并进行急性毒性考察。方法:以麻黄碱为指标成分采用单因素和正交试验优选小儿咳喘宁颗粒的提取工艺;通过小鼠灌胃给药测定急性毒性。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍水煎煮提取3次,每次90min;急性毒性实验半数致死量LD50=117.79g/kg。结论:该优选工艺简便合理,稳定性高,安全可控,可为小儿咳喘宁颗粒的进一步研究提供参考依据。

Study on Extraction Technology and Acute Toxicity Test of Xiaoer Kechuanning Granule

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process and condition of Xiaoer Kechuanning Granule and the acute toxic reactions of Xiaoer Kechuanning Granule. Methods : The extraction technology for Xiaoer Kechuanning Granule was optimized by monothetic and orthogonal design with the ephedrine content as index. Mice were given the drug by garage and their acute toxic reactions were observed. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were adding 10 times amount of water, and decocting thrice, 90 minutes for each time. The LD50 was 117.79g/kg. Conclusion : The optimized extracting technology of Xiaoer Kech uanning Granule is rational and simple.
