五苓散合大黄附子细辛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症43例分析

目的：观察五苓散舍大黄附子细辛汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法：治疗组、对照组各43例、37例。治疗组给予五苓散合大黄附子细辛汤;对照组给予20％甘露醇,250ml、地塞米松10mg静滴。结果：10天后比较治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为79．06％、81．08％,30天后比较总有效率分别为90．69％、67．56％。结论：治疗早期两者疗效基本相同,停药后治疗组具有疗效稳定、不反复的特点。

Curative Analysis of Wuling Powder and Dahuang Fuzi Xixin Deeotion on Treating 43 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective： To observe the curative etiect of Wuling Powder and Dahuang l, uzl Xlxm l）ecotaon in the treatment oI prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods ： 80 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly and equal- ly divided into the treatment group of 43 eases were treated with Wuling Powder and Dahuang Fuzi xixing Decotion, and the con- trolled group of 37 eases were treated with 20% Mannitol Injection and Dexamethasone injection by intravenous drip. Results： The effective rate of the two groups were respectively 81.08% and 79. 06% after 10 days, and were respectively 90. 69% and 67.56% after 30 days. Conclusion： The treatment group has the definite curative effect with lower rate of resurgence.
