| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹膜假性黏液瘤（PMP）的CT影像表现，提高对本病的认识与诊断水平。方法回顾性地分析经手术、病理及穿刺证实的10例PMPCT表现。结果（1）10例均可见腹、盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹，其中8例表现典型的扇贝样压迹，2例肝脾实质脏器周围仅见轻微压迹；7例有肠系膜浸润性改变；8例见腹、盆腔内分房粘液团块，其中2例腹壁皮下可见黏液样低密度团块；6例伴有腹水，1例合并钙化。结论腹、盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹、分房黏液性团块是PMP的CT影像特征，CT检查对PMP有重要的诊断价值。CT检查可作为PMP的首选检查方法。
