疾病不确定感对初诊胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和QLQ-STO22问卷评分的影响

 目的 观察疾病不确定感对初诊胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和QLQ-STO22问卷评分的影响.方法 87例初诊胃癌接受常规化疗患者治疗结束后分别接受Mishel疾病不确定感量表、癌因性疲乏评估量表和针对胃癌特点设计的胃癌患者生活质量调查问卷(QLQ-STO22)评估.结果 87例初诊胃癌患者疾病不确定感平均得分为(130.71±38.64)分.癌因性疲乏各项指标比较中,高分组(≥130.71分;39例)的各条目得分及癌因性疲乏总分均明显高于低分组(<130.71分;47例).QLQ-STO22问卷各项指标比较中,高分组的吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、口干、味觉、饮食受限、身体外观和焦虑等多数分量表得分及QLQ-STO22总分均明显高于低分组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 疾病不确定感可显著影响到初诊胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏和QLQ-STO22问卷各项评分指标.

Effects of uncertainty in illness on cancer-related fatigue and scores of Quality of Life Questionnaire of Stomach 22 (QLQ-STO22) in newly diagnosed gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy

Objective To study the effects of uncertainty in illness on cancer - related fatigue and scores of Quality of Life Questionnaire of Stomach 22 （ QLQ - STO22） in newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy. Methods Totally 87 newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer after conventional chemotherapy were evaluated using Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale, Cancer - Related Fatigue Scale, and QLQ - STO22 desigued aiming at the characteristics of gastric cancer, respectively. Results The average score of uncertainty in illness was 130.71 ± 38.64 in the 87 newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer. In comparison of the indexes of cancer - related fatigue, the item scores and the total score of cancer - related fatigue in the high score group （ score 1〉 130.71, n = 39） were all significantly higher than those in the low score group （ score 〈 130.71, n = 47 ） （ Pall 〈 0.05 to 0.01 ）. In comparison of the indexes of the QLQ - ST022, the scores of the most subscales, such as dysphagia, stomach pain, hiccups, dry mouth, taste sense, restricted diet, physical shape, anxiety, etc. in the high score group were all significantly higher than those in the low score group （ Pall 〈 0.05 to 0.01 ）. Conclusions Uncertainty in illness has significant effects on cancer related fatigue and the scores of QLQ - STO22 in newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy.
