| 摘 要： | The effects of intramuscular injection of Arte-mether on peripheral T,B,Tμ and Tγ lymphocytesin beagle dogs was investigated cytochemically.Dosesused were 6,19,and 32 MKD,respectively.Resultsshowed that after injection of Artemether for 15successive days,the T,B,and Tμ lymphocyes of the19 and 32 MKD groups were markedly reduced andthe Tγ lymphocytes of all 5 dosage groups weredecreased to zero.28 days after cessation of thedrug.T,Tμ and Tγ lymphoctes had recovered tocontrol levels,while the B lymphocytes of the 19 and32 MKD groups remained markedly lower thanthose of the control groups.The differences and similarities of the effectson the peripheral T,B,Tμ and Tγ,lymphocytes pro-duced by the 3 dosages of Artemether and the re-lationship between the changes of T,B lymphocytesand immunological function of beagle dogs arc dis-cussed.
