| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT三维胆系成像对胆囊切除术后胆管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 对42例胆囊切除术后胆管疾病患者进行多层螺旋CT三维胆系成像(MSCTC)检查．成像结果与ERCP或手术病理结果对照。结果 42例患者均获得良好的MSCTC图像，在42例胆胰相关病因的诊断中，MSCTC的诊断符合率为93％。结论 MSCTC对胆囊切除术后胆系相关病因的诊断有重要价值，在一定程度上可取代创伤性ERCP检查，为临床提供了丰富的影像学信息，可进一步指导临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the applied value of multislice helical CT cholangiography(MSCTC)in the diagnosis of biliary duct diseases after cholecystocholedochectomy.Methods 42 patients with biliary duct diseases were examined by MSCTC after cholecystectomy and the results were compared with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and postoperative pathology.Results MSCTC examinations in al patients were successful,the diagnostic accuracy of MSCTC in the relative diseases of biliary duct after cholecysto choledochectomy was 93 %(39/42).Conclusion MSCTC is a non-invasive and effective modality in the diagnosis of biliary duct diseases after cholecystocholedochectomy,sometimes it can replace the invasive ERCP examination and provide more useful clinical image informations to guide clinical therapy. |
