花式IUD与GT300型含铜宫形IUD应用效果对比观察

目的:观察放置花式宫内节育器(HCu280IUD)与GT300型含铜宫形(GT300)IUD的临床使用效果。方法:分别放置HCu280和GT300IUD各500例,于放置后6,12和24个月进行随访,比较两种IUD的脱落率、带器妊娠率、续用率及各种副反应发生率。结果:HCu280与GT300IUD续用率均大于80%,带器妊娠率、因症取出率、脱落率和续用率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HCu280组大部分副反应发生率低于GT300型组(P<0.01)。结论:HCu280和GT300型IUD均安全有效,HCu280IUD的副反应更少一些。

Clinical effects of HCu280 and GT300 intrauterine device

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of HCu280 and GT300 intrauterine devices（IUDs）.Methods：A total of 1 000 women presenting for inserting IUD and eligible for the study were recruited and randomly allocated to HCu280 IUD（n=500）and GT300 IUD（n=500）groups.A follow-up study was conducted during the first 6 months,12 months and 24 months after the insertion of IUDs.The expulsive rate,the pregnancy rate during IUD use,the continuation rate and the incidence of side effects were evaluated.Results：The continuation rates of both IUDs were more than 80%.There were no significant differences in the pregnancy rate during IUD use,the removal rate for medical reasons,the expulsive rate,and the continuation rates（P all〉 0.05）.The incidence of sides effects in HCu280 IUD group was lower than that in GT300 IUD group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Both HCu280 and GT300 IUDs are safe and effective.HCu280 IUD has less side effects.
