| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨隆乳术后包膜硬化与假体容量的关系及其处理.方法:422例受术者分为两组:实际应用假体容积大于或等于预测假体容积组(简称A组)和小于预测假体容积组(简称B组),分别为147和275例,隆乳术后随访1～6年,观察两组术后包膜硬化发生情况,同时对106例隆乳术后纤维硬化进行了处理.结果:A组发生纤维包膜挛缩硬化29例(19.73%),B组发生纤维包膜挛缩硬化34例(12.36%),两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:隆乳术后硅凝胶假体的容量与术后纤维包膜挛缩硬化有一定关系.
