丹参注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察

目的:观察丹参注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效.方法:选择2008年3月至2009年2月入住本科的60例COPD急性加重期患者,随机分为2组.观察组30例,在给予抗炎、祛痰、平喘等常规治疗基础上.给予丹参注射液治疗;对照组30例,仅给予常规治疗.总疗程14天.观察两组患者治疗前后咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难轻重程度,血气分析及血流变学变化,并记录不良反应.结果:观察组的总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05).观察组治疗后氧分压(PaO2)优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后全血黏度值、血浆黏度值、纤维蛋白原均较治疗前减低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05).两组均无明显不良反应发生.结论:在常规治疗基础上配合使用丹参注射液治疗COPD急性加重期安全有效.

Clinical Observation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Injection in Adjuvant Treating Patients with Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of salvia mihiorrhiza injection in adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbationa of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From 2008.3 to 2009.2,60 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 30 patients,treated with salvia mihiorrhiza injection and routine treatment,include anti-inflammatory,ehminating phlegm,anti-asthmatic;The control group had 30 patients too.only treated with roufine treatraenL The period of treatment l~ted for 14 days.To observe the degree of cough,expectoration and decompensation,the changes of arterial blood gas,hemorrheology before and after the treatment.To note down the related side-effects.Results The total effective rate(93.33%)of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).The two groups had significant differences on arterial oxygen pressure after the treatment(P<0.05).Plasma viscosity,whole-blood viscosity and fibrinogen in the treatment group became lower after the treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Both groups had no serious side-effects.Conclusion Based on the treatment of anti-inflammatory,ehminating pHegm.antiasthmatic,salvia mdtiorrhiza injection is worth spreading in adjuvant treating acute exacerbation of COPD as a safe and efficient method.
