精神分裂症治疗药物利培酮和氟西汀的相互作用研究

目的：分析精神分裂症治疗药物利培酮及氟西汀在联用时药物之间的相互作用。方法：选取2011年2月至2016年3月在该院接受诊治的29例精神分裂症合并应用氟西汀患者，经周期性治疗后观察患者治疗前后血浆利培酮、胰岛素、瘦素、泌乳素水平变化。结果：联合用药后患者血清利培酮水平随着用药周期阶段性升高（P ＜0．05），9－羟利培酮在用药周期内有所降低，但差异不明显（P ＜0．05），胰岛素、瘦素和泌乳素水平的改变不明显（P ＞0．05）。结论：在接受利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者如需合并服用氟西汀，医师应适当减少患者的利培酮用量，从而降低合并用药后的协同作用。

Study on the interaction between risperidone and fluoxetine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:to analyze the interaction between risperidone and fluoxetine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:a total of February 2011 to 2016 years 3 months in our hospital treated 29 cases of schizophrenia patients with disease combined with fluoxetine,observation of the patients before and after treatment of plasma risperidone,insulin,leptin,prolactin levels of the hormone changes after period of treatment.Results:with the combination of serum levels of risperidone(P <0.05)with the increase of the medication cycle stage,9 -hydroxyrisperidone in the medication period decreased,but the difference was not sig-nificant (P <0.05),insulin,leptin and prolactin (PRL)prime level change is not obvious (P >0.05).Conclusions:in patients with schizophrenia treated with risperidone,if necessary,should be combined with fluoxetine,the physician should be appropriate to reduce the dosage of risperidone in patients,thereby reducing the synergistic effect of combined medication.
