婴幼儿期高热的观察和护理

婴幼儿期指出生后至三岁前，这个时期的孩子有以下特点：从母体获得的免疫逐渐消失，易患感染性疾病；中枢神经发育尚未成熟，易发生高热惊厥；体质娇嫩，易受外邪侵袭，出现急性上呼吸道感染。高热的具体表现为皮肤烫手，口渴咽干，精神不振，饮食不佳，呼吸脉搏加快，嗜睡，重者则出现昏迷，抽搐等。因此，做好婴幼儿期高热的观察和护理极为重要。

Observation and Nursing of High Fever in Infants and Young Children

Objective:Infant is the baby who after birth to three years,the baby of this period has the follow characteristics:immunization obtained from mum disappear,to infectious disease;the development of central nervous system is not mature,to febrile convulsion;delicate health,to attack from and acute upper respiratory infection. High fever,specific performances:skin hot,dry throat and thirst,low spirits,poor diets,pulse quicken,lethargy,and in coma or a tic. Therefore,it is very important to observe and nurse the high fever in infants and young children.
