| 摘 要： | 目的：分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法：将该院2011年5月至2015年2月收治的220例输尿管结石患者随机分为对照组及研究组各110例，对照组采取体外冲击波碎石术治疗，研究组采取输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗，分析两组临床疗效。结果：两组患者临床疗效相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术值得推广使用。

Analysis of the clinical effect of pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi |

| Abstract: | Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods:our hospital in May 2011 ~2015 February were 220 cases of ureteral calculi patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,1 10 cases in each,the control group was treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of,research group take ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment,analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05 ). Conclusions:pneumatic lithotripsy under ureter mirror is worth to be popularized and used. |
